| From my wife's team, she has stopped playing. I managed to convince her to put her players for sale.
Koutsoulis can become a good SG. Nothing fancy, but he already has a nice IS. (no NT involved)
Clauwaert has height and prerequisite to become a nice C, or PF, although his passing and outside defense should be corrected. (no NT involved)
Haesaerts is totally amazing. 62 TSP at the draft (the highest I have ever seen with such a high potential), 13 ups on his first season, and could be turned in anything useful from PG to SF. He could break the 140 TSP without too much problem, and I had adviced Mag to turn him into a SF. Please don't let him go to a random chinese daytrader ... (NT possible, as all-star !)
For obvious reasons I won't bid myself, if someone interested could save Haesaerts, that would be a relief.
Please at the very least level 5 trainer, or be nice and let him go somewhere else. *crossing fingers*

Yes! The best option is SF, the second best is PG/SG (because he's not high). I will keep an eye on him with my Utopia team, but I don't think I have enough money (4.9M)...

| OD, PA, JS & 1V1 are on my menu. After 2 or 3 seasons, i'll be making the transfer to inside training. I could give Hassaert a ride & i have to cash to acquire him. My biggest problem is creating space. I've already got 3 trainees (Kasperovich, Steemans & JDC) and i'm happy with all of them.
my second concern is that with Hassaerts length and ID. i've got a lot of experience training players on IS. ID has a simular speed. 193 cm isn't tall at all, which would put me in a bind. i get that he's potential Nt material and all, but 'im unsure about his ID. It's the one thing that is kinda putting me off atm.
i'll look at what the price is when he sells. if it's anything decent, then i might decided to go after him. Clauwaert is more appealing to me. his PA would be hard to fix, but i probably could push it up to a 5 or a 6. His OD would get another 4 to 5 lvls too. some JS wouldn't hurt him, and then it's all inside training from there on. His height also makes him more suited for that training.

| Yeah I'm delighted about that ! He'll become a top player, that's great !
Too bad Clauwaert and Koutsoulis didn't get better teams, I thought you would have been interested in Clauwaert AZ ? That would have been better than a lousy turkish D.3 :/

| Yes I got it. I was in battle with a D.III team from Poland, and a D.IV team from Spain, impossible to give up a player like that to an obscure manager, he would have been lost. So I was ready to bid until my limit (I had round 5M). But if a good manager that I knew was there, I would have left Haesaerts to him Now time for training. If Haesaerts doesn't become our best SF ever, I don't know what I need. TSP of 80 at 19, even Devenyn and his TSP of 56 at 18 is less strong. Now it's also important that Haesaerts won't be alone when he will be in NT, so we have to continue the good job we are doing since 4-5 seasons | |

Altho i don't really have the room to add him to my training group, i will be keeping an close eye on him to see what happens. he's next seasons U21 SF without a doubt and hopefully will land somehwere good. if his form improves fast enough, he might make a late call up this season!

| When you see his potential and the price of his last transfer, 4.5M.
In fact, it was not a bad idea for the trainer. You took 6 players with low potentiel, train them during a very long period @ 1v1 SF/PF and then sell them, that's a lot of money.

I'm fully agree, I was talking about the economical rentability of this training. The crazy thing is to find someone with 4.5M buying that kind of player...
